Can I change my information on an invoice?

Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes payments and generates invoices for licenses. To update the billing information on your invoice, you will need to send a request to FastSpring.

Choose ‘Contact Support’ on the FastSpring website and complete the fields in the form that appears.

You will need to confirm your full name, email address and your Order ID (the code starting with ‘BOH’ that you received right after purchasing your Sketch license). You can also add a brief description of your request and attach any supporting documents.
