What do I do if I have issues placing an order?

Our official e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes all orders for Sketch licenses. If you are having issues when placing your order, you can try the following:

  • Clear your browser’s cache, relaunch it and try again
  • Retry from a different browser (Firefox instead of Google Chrome, for example)
  • Try the order from a different computer altogether
  • Try with a different payment method

If none of the above helps, you will need to visit FastSpring’s website, choose Contact Support, and enter your order information.

FastSpring should respond and assist you shortly, but if you would like any further assistance from us, please include our email address (licensing@sketch.com) in the field labelled “Notify an additional email address: (optional)“.
