Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes payments and generates invoices for Sketch licenses. To retrieve the invoice from your purchase, please visit FastSpring’s website, choose Contact Support and enter your order information.

If your order cannot be tracked, you will be taken to a different form, where you can contact the FastSpring team directly.

In this form, please try to include the following information within the message:

  • Transaction date
  • Order ID (the code beginning with ‘BOH’ that you will have received via email immediately after ordering Sketch)
  • Payment method
  • Full name and email address on the order

FastSpring should follow up with any information regarding your order shortly. If you would like further support from us, you can include our email address (licensing@sketch.com) in the field labelled “Notify an additional email address: (optional)“.
