I paid with a check/wire transfer, what has happened with my order?
Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes all payments for licenses. Please allow 3-5 working days for them to process payments made by check or wire transfer. As soon as they receive and process your payment, you will receive your license details and receipt via email.
To investigate any issues, please head to FastSpring’s website, choose Contact Support and enter the following details:
- Transaction date
- Charge amount
- Payment method used
- Currency
