What should I do if I see a discrepancy on my invoice?
Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes payments and generates invoices for Sketch licenses. If you would like to know more about any charges on your invoice, please visit FastSpring’s website. Choose Contact Support and enter your order information.
FastSpring will respond shortly to assist you, but if you would like further support from us, please include our email address (licensing@sketch.com) in the field labelled “Notify an additional email address: (optional)”. We will then be kept in the loop and can advise if necessary.
Note: Depending on your location, your final invoice amount may vary due to exchange rates and applicable taxes.
