Why is there a charge on my statement from FastSpring?
Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes payments for Sketch licenses. If you have recently purchased a license for Sketch, the transaction will be shown as “FastSpring” on your account or statement.
If you still do not recognise the charge, or suspect it may be fraudulent, you can contact FastSpring directly for assistance. Choose Contact Support on FastSpring’s website and fill in the form that appears.
You will need to confirm your full name, email address and Order ID (the code starting with ‘BOH’ that you received right after purchasing your Sketch license). You can also add a brief description of your request and attach any supporting documents.
