You do not need a Sketch Account to access the License Manager. To access and use the License Manager, all you need is the email address associated with your license key.
To manage your Sketch Cloud account settings, sign in to Cloud, click on the avatar in the top-right corner and choose Profile Settings… from the drop-down menu. Within the settings page, it is possible to:
• Update your name, email address and password
• Upload or change your avatar
• Choose whether or not to receive activity email notifications
• See the teams you have joined (and create new ones)
• Delete your account
You can also access your Sketch Cloud account settings from the Mac app by clicking on the Account Settings… button under the Account tab in Sketch’s preferences.
